Kasbah of Ait ben Haddou Day trip
under the protection of the UNESCO World Heritage Organization this fortified village with his watch towers and decoration of diamond shaped forms counts among the most beautiful ones in the country. The community of Ait ben Haddou brings the usual beauty of earth and mud architecture to the light. Its architectureal layout is compact, enclosed and difficult to access partly for reasosns of security and for reasosn of community living. Only two door ways in the town wall are there for the daily goings and comings of its inhabitants.
